We caught the Bristol Flyer bus to Temple Meads train station and were pleasantly surprised that the bus company had also cordoned off seats so that passengers were spaced out. Only one in four seats was available. I hope this proves to be economically viable for the company, but it worked well for the limited number of people flying.

The train from Bristol to Oxford was half empty so it was easy to social distance. I have no idea whether trains are carrying out stringent cleaning similar to the plane and bus companies. However our carriage seemed very clean.

I was pleasantly surprised at the safeness I felt during our journey home. The staff we encountered did an extremely professional job.

Although I won’t be jumping on the next flight back to Spain, I would really like to assure you that if you need to travel then the airlines and other services are doing a fantastic job at keeping passengers safe. Well, this has been my experience, hopefully it will be yours too.
